Amabílio Gomes Filho

Collaborator of the projects Cultural AfroReggae Group, activist and researcher for the project Construindo Caminhos [Building Paths], from Redes da Maré [Networks of Maré], focused on people who were imprisoned and their families. He is currently completing high school and dreams of going to college.

He started to write in 2004 and, since then, he started to reflect and put on paper his thoughts, memories and affections produced throughout his 44 years. He writes from the perspective of someone who survived prison.
