Marilene de Paula

Marilene de Paula is a program coordinator at the Heinrich Böll Foundation’s Rio de Janeiro office. She holds a Master’s Degree in social projects and cultural patrimony from the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a degree in history from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).
